3.2 Currency Display and Conversion

10. REFUND POLICY

10.1 New Subscribers

7-day free trial for new Course Access Package subscribers
14-day money-back guarantee for new Complete Access Package subscribers
No questions asked refunds within the guarantee period

10.2 Refund Processing

Monthly subscriptions: no refunds for partial months except where required by local law
Annual subscriptions (if offered): prorated refunds within 30 days
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Refund amounts may differ from original charge due to currency conversion rates
